April 2017 High School Student of the Month

Congratulations to April 2017 Student of the Month Ramzi T. from Seguin High School. Ramzi’s list of extracurricular activities is impressive. He’s not only a member of but also the president of the National Honor Society, Health Occupations Students of America, Business Professionals of America and the National Technical Honors Society. He’s the communication director for the Environmental Club, and he participates in Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Project SOAR, Key Club and Student Council.

Ramzi is a Richard Greene Scholar, he won the Rotary Outstanding Student Award, and he qualified for the National Leadership Conference for the Future Business Leaders of America two years in a row. Ramzi regularly does community service at Mission Arlington and O.S. Gray Park, and he also participated in wrestling.

Ramzi plans to receive a bachelor’s in both healthcare studies and business administration and pursue a career as a pediatrician. He is a great example of a student who is reaching his maximum potential in the Arlington ISD. Congratulations, Ramzi!
